Afsar Husain
Afsar has been a freelance writer and photographer for many years. He holds a Masters degree in English and has published travel and general interest features in magazines. Being a photographer, he uses his photographs to illustrate the subjects he writes about. As a photographer, Afsar has photographed different subjects...perfumes, gold, jewelry, food, trucks and cars, archaeology, and architecture. He has done aerial work and has to his credit several magazine covers. Afsar is a self-taught foodie and likes cooking and photographing food. He took a break from photojournalism to concentrate on his career in computers and writing user manuals and guides. He is now getting back to writing and photography. He has travelled in India, Pakistan and the Middle East and now lives permanently in the U.S.
